COVID-19 and Medifab
A COVID-19 update from Team Medifab as at 28th April:
What a unique and challenging experience we are all going through in these times! As we venture into level 3 in New Zealand after our 4+ week lockdown we are all curious to see how our various worlds get back up and running stage by stage, with our hopes pinned on not having to return back to level 4 again!
As challenging as the past weeks have been, we have been very encouraged to see the Medifab team calmly and respectfully adapting to the conditions, and leading through positivity and creativity to make their altered capacities produce results for our clients and stakeholders.
Here is an update to our operating status over the next few weeks:
Medifab fully support and monitor all recommendations and government stipulations in the regions in which our team are located across the world.
As a supporting business to New Zealand’s Essential Businesses in the Health Sector, Medifab will continue to stay operational to support you as required in essential service requirements.
- All branches will be closed to client visits.
- Our helpful team, including our Customer Service and Product Consultants are working remotely from home offices. We would love to hear from you and welcome you to call us for a chat or send us an email, feel free to reach out for any quote requests, equipment advice, or brainstorming about product solutions here
- Our Product Consultants are available for video calls and have become adept at managing these – they are indeed a key tool to high value interactions with stakeholders in our industry. We are familiar with Zoom in the main but can use Whatsapp and Microsoft Teams also.
- A change in working conditions for our factory and warehouse teams, including increased distancing and precautions as relevant.
