Forma Task Chair

The Forma offers a robust system with all the features to maintain independence around school, home, office or work environments.

The seat cushion is built to provide easy transfers and comfort in the work environment, and the modular sectional backrest system can be prescribed to the user’s needs. 

 

New functions include an easy-to-reach, adjustable brake lever that is out of the way for sideways transfers. Brakes on the rear wheels are standard (with the option of a front wheel brake or a four wheel brake system).

 

The ‘Flexbase chassis’ is standard, which makes the chair stable on uneven surfaces and is effortless riding over bumps in the floor. 

 

Swing-away armrests (backwards) are adjustable in height and width as standard. All the seat adjustments can be made without tools, using ergonomically shaped levers.

 

For increased independence and ease of use, electrical seat functions can be chosen as an option.

 

The unique patent pending cushion gives both comfort and very good ergonomics. The standard back is designed to give minimal pressure to the spine and maximal support to the hip, which is important when moving yourself around in the chair with your feet.
